Michael C. Petock focuses his practice on trademark, copyright and business matters.

Michael is a life long resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the Episcopal Academy in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000, graduating Cum Laude and earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004 with distinguished performance in Taxation, Trusts & Estates and Trial Advocacy.

Michael is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Michael is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association. Michael is the current and past chair of the Trademark, Copyright and Unfair Competition Committee of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association and also currently serves on the Council of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
