Michael F. Petock, Esquire

Michael F. Petock, Esq. has almost forty years of experience in intellectual property and business matters. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which hears appeals in all patent cases, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the Patent and Trademark Office.

He has expertise in the medical, electronic and mechanical fields and is comfortable in all areas of technology including chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical and computer technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with High Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors from the George Washington National Law Center, and attended medical school for three years.

Michael F. Petock is co-founder and a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He Chaired the Civil Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has served as Chair of the Computer Practice Committee of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.

Michael C. Petock, Esquire

Michael C. Petock, Esq. is a life long resident of Chester County, Pennsylvania. Michael graduated from the Episcopal Academy in 1995. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000, graduating Cum Laude and earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004 with distinguished performance in Taxation, Trusts & Estates and Trial Advocacy. Michael is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Michael is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations and the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.

Michael is an active resident in the Phoenixville, Pennsylvania community. He is a member and vice chairman of the Phoenixville Zoning Hearing Board and is the President of the Renaissance West Condominium Association.
