Michael F. Petock, Esq. has more than forty years of experience in intellectual property and business matters. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit which hears appeals in all patent cases, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice before the Patent and Trademark Office.

He has expertise in the medical, electronic and mechanical fields and is comfortable in all areas of technology including chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, electronics and computer technology.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with High Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University, a Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors from the George Washington National Law Center, and attended medical school for three years.

Michael F. Petock is co-founder and a past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He Chaired the Civil Litigation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has served as Chair of the Computer Practice Committee of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.
